IE 6.0...are there others ways to change your security settings other than...?

...Tools/Internet Options/Security. Then changing the level of security?

I've tried this and set them to the very lowest yet I am still unable to download anything from Yahoo Games.

Tools, Options, Advanced. Review all the checked items and see if any of them essentially block your access.

And, yes, consider getting Firefox. You can install it without uninstalling IE.

Have you considered installing Firefox?

More secure even while letting more content through.

Free.

Runs on more platforms.
Do you have a firewall enabled? Maybe that's blocking it.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Security Center and try turning it off.

If it still doesn't work, make sure you turn on your firewall back afterwards.
