Just start exercising more, lifting some weights (even for girls) and eating better. It'll take months and months but you'll start getting stronger and stronger and the pounds will come off.
make fruit and ice smoothies with a bit of milk and juice and when you eat eggs or mashed potatoes be sure and add veggies also eat salads.

Yes. the bmi scale indicates that u r over weight. fitday.com says u r overweight...and um..u pretty much are over weight. and i am POSITIVE THAT IT IS NOT MUSCLE BCUZ MY BRO IS 17 AND HE HAS A NOTICABLE AMOUNT OF MUSCLE AND HES ONLY 165.
you are not overweight and people saying this dont know what they are talking about ! u may have some fat but u are only 13 and im sure its puppy fat and as u get older u will grow and it will grow away so dont worry about it to much or ul make yourself sick x

At your height you should be between 145-155. I am the same height and when I weighed 145 I looked to skinny. Go a bit between the two and you should be on average.
I think that's considered overweight, but I'm not sure. You can check on a BMI calculator to see if you're overweight or not.

Rather than selecting the lick directly by clicking on it (which runs the program and opens the .zip file), right click on the link and select "Save As" instead. Then you can save the .zip file wherever you like, run a virus scan (highly recommended!) on it and then open it.

I have tryed other internet browsers and it still closes. I havnt found a pattern of when it closes and when it doesnt. I have scanned my computer with all kinds of spyware, virus, hacking, hijacking, trojan removers. I dont know what else to do! Please help!

If anti-malware programs aren't working, you may have to try re-loading Windows. I would recommend speaking with a professional before resorting to this.

IE is causing many problems to Internet users ,it stops responding all at a sudden and you lose whatever you are doing .

it is much more stable and even if it closes suddenly " which is rare" it has an option to get you back exactly at the same place where it stopped. best part it is Free , doesn't need to verify your windows and you can run it along with IE as well , I do have them both on my computer.

Check your security levels. I dont know why it would block hotmail tho. But like said..could always download Firefox/Opera..try to see if they load there, they do then you know its a setting error in IE.

If your using IE6 I strongly advise using something else..that has alot of exploits and youll get nailed even going on simple sites like meebo.
Have you tried going to tools,above your taskbar then internet options,then click sucurity tab,scroll to over to trusted sites,click,then a button shows for sites,click and add the web page or address with https:// prefix,click add and try again. I hope this helps you out. Good Luck
